VPNWorth Setup Guide

Follow the steps in order, from account setup to connection verification. If you already have a plan, skip ahead to getting your subscription.

No email address required Unlimited devices 60-day money-back guarantee

Create an account and save your login details

Open the VPNWorth user dashboard and go to the account creation page. Choose a username and password, then submit the form as directed. No email address is required. Pick a username you can recognize, and use a unique password stored in a trusted password manager. Once your account is created, sign in with those credentials if you are not taken to the account overview automatically.

After signing in, you should see links to your account and plan details—not an active server list. Your account is where you manage orders, clients, and subscriptions; creating an account does not activate a plan. Confirm you can access the dashboard before choosing a plan to avoid losing track of your login details after payment.

If the username is already taken, choose another and try again. If the password does not meet the requirements, adjust it to match the rules shown on the page. If nothing happens after submitting, check for an error message and confirm your network connection instead of submitting repeatedly. To use VPNWorth on other devices, get your subscription through the same account; you do not need to create a separate account for each device.

Choose a plan and confirm your order is active

Open the plans page in your user dashboard and compare monthly plans with data packages. Monthly plans are suited to regular use: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, or ¥28/month for 500GB. Choose based on your data needs: everyday browsing and text tools, extended video streaming, and large file transfers can use very different amounts. There is no need to choose a higher tier based only on the number of devices, since this service allows unlimited simultaneous connections.

If your usage varies, consider a data package: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. All data packages remain valid until used and do not expire. Monthly plan data resets on the activation date each month, so its terms differ from those of a data package. Before ordering, check the plan name, price, and data allowance to make sure you are not mistaking a data package for a monthly recurring plan.

Once you have chosen a plan, follow the dashboard prompts to create an order and pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. Use the amount and payment instructions shown on the current order. After paying, return to the dashboard to check the order status, then open your account overview to confirm the plan is active. A completed payment screen and an active plan in your account are two separate things to verify.

If your order still shows as processing, refresh its status or reopen the order details and confirm that payment went through. Do not pay again just to speed things up. If you need help, submit the order details through the dashboard support form. VPNWorth offers a 60-day money-back guarantee; see the Terms of Service for the refund policy. If you upgrade mid-term, the price difference is converted into remaining days; review the final calculation carefully before confirming.

Get your subscription link from the dashboard

Once your plan is active, open your account overview and find the subscription section. The subscription link lets your client retrieve the server configuration for your account; it is not an installer or a web address to visit in your browser. If the dashboard offers a client import option, choose the one that matches your installed client. If you have not installed a client yet, leave the dashboard open and continue to the next step.

To copy the link, use the copy option in the dashboard, then paste the full link into the subscription URL field in your client. Do not edit the link, remove anything after the question mark, or use the page title or account overview URL as the subscription address. If the client says the link is invalid, copy it again from the dashboard and check that it contains no extra spaces, line breaks, or explanatory text.

Your subscription link contains account access credentials, so protect it like a password. Do not post it in public forums or share screenshots that show the full link. When submitting a support request, include your client, operating system, error message, and the steps you took. Redact the subscription link and other sensitive details from screenshots. To illustrate the format, use only the clearly fake example below.

https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN

The address above is only an example of the format and cannot be used to connect. Your client needs the link provided in your account dashboard. If no usable subscription appears in your overview, check that your plan and order are active, your monthly plan has not expired, and you have data remaining. Then see the FAQs. Do not look for a supposed universal subscription link from an unknown source.

Import your subscription on your platform

Your client reads the configuration, selects a server, and connects. Choose the right operating system from the user dashboard; do not use a file for another platform. Clients for Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux are available after signing in. The iOS download option is available when your plan is active and has not expired. Downloading a client and getting a usable subscription are separate steps, so check your plan status as well.

For the initial setup, use only the network client you are configuring and temporarily disable other similar connections to reduce conflicts between system proxies and network tunnels. After importing, check that the configuration name appears, the update completes, and the server list opens. Seeing a pasted link alone does not confirm that the server configuration was retrieved successfully.

Windows: Add the link from the subscription or configuration page

Download the VPNWorth client for Windows from the dashboard, then install and open it. You need a network proxy client that supports the subscription format provided by the dashboard, not a browser extension. Open the “Subscription” or “Configuration” page and look for an option such as Add subscription or Import from URL. Paste the full link copied from the dashboard and give the configuration a name you will recognize.

Save the configuration and update it or download it. Wait for the server list to appear, then set this configuration as the one in use. If the dashboard has a direct import button, your browser may ask whether to open the client. Confirm that it is the right app and allow it to open, then return to the client and check that the configuration was added. For now, finish importing; there is no need to adjust advanced network settings beyond the system proxy.

macOS: Confirm the imported configuration and system permissions

Choose the macOS client from the dashboard, then install and open it as prompted by the system. In the client settings or configuration manager, find the option to add a subscription from a link, paste the address, and update it. If the client supports one-click import from the dashboard, you can open it from your browser. Opening the app is only the first step; make sure the new configuration and server list appear in the client.

When you connect for the first time, macOS may ask for permission to add a network configuration or enable a related component. Read the prompt and confirm it was initiated by the client you just installed before continuing. If the app window closes but it is still running in the menu bar, use the menu bar icon to check the selected configuration and connection status. Do not judge whether the connection is active just by whether the window is open.

Android: Add the subscription and allow the network connection

Sign in to the dashboard to get the Android client, then install it using your device’s prompts. Open the app, go to configuration management, and choose Add configuration or Import from link. Paste the subscription into the address field, save it, and update. Use a network client that can read the dashboard subscription; do not paste the subscription link into the system’s manual server address field, as that uses a different configuration method.

Once the server list appears, select the current configuration. On your first connection, confirm the system’s VPN connection request. When the connection icon appears, test access as described below. If the connection often drops when you switch apps, check whether the system restricts the client’s background activity. Settings names vary by system. First confirm that importing and connecting work, then troubleshoot background restrictions to avoid changing several settings at once.

iOS: Get a compatible client from the dashboard

On iOS, first sign in to the user dashboard and confirm that your plan is active and has not expired. Then open the download section and follow the App Store instructions provided there. You need a client that supports importing the dashboard subscription, not an empty VPN configuration created directly in system settings. If the dashboard does not show an available download option, return to your account overview and check your plan status.

After installation, return to the dashboard and choose the matching import option, or add the link in the client’s subscription manager and update it. On your first connection, the client will ask to add a VPN configuration. Confirm the app’s source and grant permission as prompted by iOS. Then return to the client, check that the configuration is selected and the server list is visible, and connect. The VPN status in system settings can help with troubleshooting, but the best test is whether you can access the service you need.

Linux is supported too. Get the appropriate client from the dashboard and import the subscription using its configuration menu. For more about subscription formats, system proxies, split tunneling, and network tunnels, see the user guide. For your first setup, keep the client’s recommended settings.

Connect to a server and verify it works

After importing successfully, open the server list, choose a region for your target service, and connect. For a first try, select a server shown in the dashboard, such as Hong Kong, Japan, or Singapore. If you need content from a specific region, follow the target service’s requirements. A server’s listed region does not guarantee that a particular website will work; services may also consider your account region, payment details, and their own risk controls.

Once the connection button changes state, open a website you use regularly, then try the target service. If ordinary websites work but the target service does not, note the exact message and determine whether it relates to a timeout, an account requirement, or your region. Do not start by reinstalling the client repeatedly. Keep the imported configuration, update the subscription, and try another server in the same region first.

You can also visit the My IP page on this site to see the exit information reported by your browser. If the lookup fails, it only means that this check did not complete; it does not necessarily mean the connection has failed. In rule mode, different websites may use different routes, so a single IP lookup cannot confirm that all app traffic uses the same server.

If the client says it is connected but the target app still uses your usual network route, quit and reopen the app. Then check that the right configuration is selected and that the client has enabled the required system proxy or network routing mode. Some apps do not follow the system proxy. In that case, check the client’s instructions rather than assuming the whole device is connected just because a browser works.

Once access works, keep the working configuration and update your subscription in the client to get server changes. Monthly plan users should keep an eye on the plan expiry date and data reset date; data package users should check their remaining allowance. To use the service on multiple devices, import the compatible configuration from the same account on each one. Unlimited devices does not mean each device gets a separate data allowance.

If you still cannot connect, note your operating system, the client’s message, and the steps that led to the issue. Then visit the FAQs or submit a support ticket from the user dashboard. For more on server types and routine maintenance, read the complete user guide. This guide ends once you have confirmed that the service works in practice.
