Services and Scope
VPNWorth provides network acceleration and international route subscriptions for cross-border access, covering 100+ countries / 220+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Clients and subscription access are available through the user panel. An active subscription or available data is required for use.
The service provides network connectivity and does not include memberships, content, or usage rights for third-party websites. Third parties set their own regional policies, account eligibility, and fees. Route coverage does not guarantee access to any particular website, content library, or account outcome.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required; a username and password are enough to create an account. Keep your login credentials, subscription links, and order information secure. Do not publish subscription links or let others manage your account. If credentials are exposed or you notice unusual activity, change your password and report it through a support ticket.
There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time. This applies to devices used by the account holder and does not permit account sharing among multiple people, subscription resale, or route distribution to others. Personal subscriptions must not be offered as an external network service through a shared gateway or similar means.
Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB · ¥18/month includes 250GB · ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated by the remaining days. Data packages: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB; data remains available until used and never expires. Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Check the plan type, price, and data rules before paying.
Acceptable Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where they are located and to their activities, as well as the terms of the platforms they access. Do not use the service for fraud, infringement, malicious attacks, distribution of malware, unauthorized data collection, or other unlawful activities.
Do not disrupt service operations, attack other users' devices, misuse network resources, or attempt to gain unauthorized system access. Users are responsible for confirming that their accessed content and business activities are lawful. Network acceleration does not replace any required license, authorization, or compliance review.
Availability and Scope of Responsibility
Connection quality depends on the local network, device settings, carrier routing, international links, and the status of destination websites. Maintenance, route changes, or external network outages may cause temporary interruptions. VPNWorth does not guarantee a fixed speed, uninterrupted availability, or access to every destination website.
If you experience a problem, first check your plan status, update your subscription, and try another route, then submit the issue details through a support ticket. VPNWorth will address service issues based on verifiable information. VPNWorth does not control third-party platform content changes or account actions. Liability is determined under applicable law, and these terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Refund Requests and Processing
You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. Sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request through a support ticket, including the relevant order information. You do not need to explain your experience with the service.
We may need to verify account ownership, payment records, and order status during processing. Do not include your login password or full subscription link in a support ticket. Refund verification and progress updates will be handled through the ticket. If you have questions about payment status or a refund record, reply to the original ticket so the full case history is retained.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
For unlawful use, resale or sharing, malicious attacks, or other violations of these terms, VPNWorth may restrict connections, suspend service, or terminate an account as appropriate. Necessary protective measures may be taken first in response to an urgent security risk. Users who disagree with an action may request a review through a support ticket with an explanation and relevant records. Refunds and other rights remain subject to these terms and applicable law.
If service changes or legal requirements necessitate updates to these terms, the revised content and update month will be posted on this page. Changes affecting important user rights will be announced on the site or through the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce the statutory rights attached to orders already in effect.
