Accounts & subscriptions

Check your account and plan status first, then review the subscription settings in your client. Subscription links are sensitive account information.

Do I need an email address to create an account?

No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Follow the prompts in the user panel to set them up, and store your login details securely. Choose a username that’s easy to recognize but doesn’t reveal your identity, and don’t reuse a password from another site. Since accounts aren’t created with an email address, don’t assume you can reset your password by email. If you have trouble logging in, use the support options shown in the panel. Never share your password in public comments or support screenshots.

Where can I find my subscription link, and how do I update it in my client?

Sign in to the user panel and check your plan status in the account overview. Then open the subscription section and use the copy or import option provided there. If you’ve already imported the subscription into a client, open subscription management, select the relevant entry, and update it. Check that the region list has refreshed. Don’t just rename the current route or repeatedly add the same subscription. If the update fails, check your account status and local network, then copy the current link from the panel again. Keep your subscription link private, just like your login credentials.

Do I need a different plan to switch computers or add devices?

There’s no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time, so you don’t need to change plans just because you switch or add a device. Sign in to the user panel on the new device, download the client for its platform, and import your account’s subscription. Device limits and data allowances are separate, so check your current plan’s remaining data and status before use. When you stop using an old device, sign out and remove any saved subscription. If a device is lost, use the security options available in the panel to protect your account and subscription information.

Where can I download clients for each platform, and what’s different about iOS?

Clients are available for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux through the download section of the user panel. After signing in, you can get the Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux clients without purchasing a plan. The subscription needed to connect to the service is still obtained from the panel. The iOS download link is available to users with a purchased, unexpired plan; follow the instructions in the panel. Choose the option for your device’s operating system, and don’t use installation files or setup instructions for another platform.

My plan is still active, but the route list in my subscription hasn’t changed. What should I do?

First, distinguish between updating the route list and updating the client itself. Route lists are refreshed in subscription management; client updates are available through the download section. Open the current subscription and confirm the update completed rather than showing an error or an old update time. Check that you haven’t selected an older subscription by mistake. You can copy the current subscription from the panel and verify where it was imported, but don’t delete a configuration that still works. If the list still won’t refresh, open a support ticket with your platform, the client’s error message, and your plan status. Don’t include the full subscription link.

Connections & troubleshooting

Check your local network, client network takeover, and app rules in that order. Note each change and its result.

The client says it’s connected, but why won’t webpages load?

A connected status only means the client has established a connection; it doesn’t guarantee that all app traffic is using it. First, check that your local network can access familiar sites with the client disconnected. Then check whether the client’s system proxy or network takeover is enabled, and whether your browser has separate proxy settings. Test an ordinary webpage and the target service separately to determine whether everything is inaccessible or just one site. Change one setting at a time and note the result. If nothing loads, try another route and check the client’s error message.

Why can I browse the web, but a particular app won’t use the proxy?

Different apps may use different network paths, so a working browser connection doesn’t prove that the target app is using the proxy. Check whether the client is in rule-based or global mode, whether the target domain is assigned a direct-connection rule, and whether the app has its own proxy setting. Some apps don’t use the system proxy; follow your client’s instructions for enabling system network takeover. After changing settings, fully quit and reopen the app, then repeat the same test. If only that app is affected, check its account region and service status as well.

The client says the subscription configuration is invalid or the format isn’t supported. How can I fix this?

Make sure you copied the subscription link from the panel, not the panel’s page address from your browser’s address bar. When pasting, check for extra spaces, line breaks, or other text at either end. Also confirm that the import method is compatible with your client. Supported configuration formats vary, so use the panel’s option for the client you’re using whenever possible. If the link downloads but its contents can’t be parsed, check whether the client needs an update. When submitting a support ticket, include the exact error message. In screenshots, hide your subscription link and account details.

Do I need to reimport my subscription after my device sleeps or changes networks?

Usually, fix the connection first rather than reimporting the subscription. After a device wakes from sleep or switches local networks, its previous connection may no longer work. Check that the local network is available, then disconnect and reconnect to the current route. If the problem persists, check whether the system has paused the client’s background activity, network permissions, or proxy takeover. Only investigate the import if a subscription update clearly failed, the link changed, or the configuration was lost. Repeatedly deleting configurations can remove existing rules and make it harder to identify the cause.

What information should I include in a support ticket if connection problems persist?

Sign in to the user panel and open the support ticket section. Include your device platform, client, selected region, network environment, and the specific action that failed, along with the exact error message shown. Say whether both your browser and the target app are affected, and whether switching routes changed anything. This is more useful than simply saying the service doesn’t work. Before attaching screenshots, hide passwords, subscription links, and sensitive payment details. List any settings you’ve already changed, and never send full account credentials as troubleshooting information.

Speed & routes

Assess region compatibility, connection paths, and platform rules separately. Choose routes based on how they perform in practice.

Where does VPNWorth offer coverage, and how should I choose a region?

VPNWorth covers 100+ countries with 220+ routes. First check whether the service you want to use requires a specific region, then compare how routes perform on your current local network rather than choosing by map distance alone. Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, the United States, and Canada are useful starting points; see the current subscription in the panel for the full list. For everyday use, stick with a route you’ve confirmed works. Before signing in, paying, or completing a regional check, review the target platform’s rules. Frequently changing your exit region can trigger additional verification.

Videos buffer or webpages slow down during peak hours. What should I check first?

Pause large file transfers, cloud sync, and other tasks using your local network. Check whether the same slowdown occurs when browsing without the VPN. Then compare another route using the same device, app, and action. Don’t change the region, mode, and app settings all at once, or it’ll be hard to identify the cause. For video, check the resolution and buffering status. For slow webpages, distinguish between DNS lookup, connection setup, and content loading. If the issue persists, include the time, region, and comparison results in a support ticket.

What’s the difference between IEPL, transit, and direct routes?

These terms describe route types, not a fixed ranking of speeds. IEPL refers to a dedicated link, transit routes forward traffic through intermediate nodes, and direct routes use a more direct connection path. Your experience also depends on your local carrier, the target service’s location, and current network conditions. Use the labels in the panel as a guide, then test routes with the services you use. Compare webpage loading, video buffering, and app connectivity. A route name doesn’t guarantee faster speeds or streaming availability.

A route can open webpages, but why are AI tools or streaming services still unavailable?

Basic webpage access and availability on a particular platform are different things. AI tools and streaming services may also check your account region, exit region, account permissions, and their own access policies. Check the platform’s exact error and determine whether it’s about region, account access, sign-in verification, or a network timeout. Then confirm that the route’s region matches what you need. After switching routes, reopen the app or page and test again. Route coverage doesn’t mean every platform works in every region; results depend on the platform and region, so test rather than relying on route names.

What account security steps should I take when quantum encryption is enabled?

Quantum encryption is a key part of VPNWorth’s security messaging, but connection protection doesn’t replace good account security. Check website addresses carefully, don’t enter your password on unfamiliar pages, and store your subscription link securely. Clients on shared devices may retain configurations, so check that others can’t access your account or subscription after you finish. Don’t dismiss certificate errors or suspicious sign-in warnings by simply switching routes. If you need help troubleshooting, share the error and what you were doing, but never publish account credentials or a complete configuration.

Billing & refunds

Know the difference between monthly plans and lifetime data packages. Check order status, data resets, and upgrades in the user panel.

How much does a monthly plan cost, and when does data reset?

Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB · ¥18/month for 250GB · ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on your activation date, not at the start of each calendar month. Before choosing, compare the plans with your current usage and needs. After payment, check your plan status and data in the panel. If your allowance hasn’t refreshed, confirm your activation date and current billing period, then check whether the client is showing cached information. If you’re still unsure, submit a support ticket with your order details and the status shown in the panel.

What data packages are available, and how do they differ from monthly plans?

Data packages: ¥158 for 300GB · ¥358 for 1000GB · ¥658 for 3000GB. They don’t expire and remain available until used. Monthly plans provide a set data allowance each month, resetting on your activation date. Decide whether you need a recurring monthly allowance or a data package that you use as needed; the two have different billing rules. Before ordering, check the plan name, price, and data type shown in the panel. If you already have a plan, confirm how the new order will affect it before paying.

How is the price difference handled when I upgrade a plan mid-cycle?

The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into remaining days. Before proceeding, check your current and target plans in the user panel, and rely on the result shown at order confirmation. Don’t estimate the amount due based on a full month or your remaining data. Check the plan name, price, and resulting status before confirming, and make sure you’re upgrading rather than selecting the same plan again. If the order details don’t match your expectations, keep the page information and submit a support ticket for review. Don’t submit the same order repeatedly, as this can complicate follow-up.

Which payment methods are supported, and what should I do if my plan doesn’t update after payment?

We accept Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Before paying, check the plan, amount, and payment instructions on the order page, then complete the transaction using your chosen method. After payment, return to the user panel and check the order status and account overview. Don’t rely only on the payment app’s page to confirm that your plan has updated. If payment is complete but the panel hasn’t changed, refresh the page and make sure you’re signed in to the account used for the order. Then submit a support ticket with the order ID, payment method, and relevant status. Don’t pay again to try to refresh the plan, and never share full payment credentials publicly.

What does the refund policy cover, and how do I request a refund?

VPNWorth offers a 60-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, sign in to the user panel, open the support ticket section, and clearly state that you’re requesting a refund. Include the order ID and payment method so the order can be verified. Review the full refund terms in the Terms of Service before submitting, and check that the order and account details match. Connection troubleshooting and refund requests are separate issues; state clearly what you want the support team to handle. Refund progress and other details will be provided through the ticket. This page doesn’t specify a processing time.
